Role/Responsibilities
– Point of contact with Realtors, Lenders, Clients, Conveyancers, and Attorneys;
– Prepare Settlement Statement in accordance with lender closing instructions;
– Conduct settlement;
– Review title commitment and information collect by Clearance Officers to ensure all requirements have been cleared and meet Underwriter requirements;
– Use expertise and knowledge to resolve title commitment requirements that the Clearance team is not authorized to handle;
– Maintain system to ensure milestones are reached in accordance with company policy;
– Finalize tasks in systems in preparation for settlement;
– Prepare file for disbursement by funding department;
– Address all client requests, and parties associated with the transaction, in a timely manner;
– Monitor and clear outstanding escrow items from closed transactions;
– Seek referral business to expand current book of business;
– Provide coverage to fellow team members as needed.
Qualifications
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Escrow Officer.
– Established book of business under current management.
– Comfortable handling multiple accounts at one time.
– Organized, highly motivated individual with strong communication skills.
– Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic.

World Wide Land Transfer is seeking a skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate laws and regulations, with a proven track record of managing and closing real estate transactions efficiently. This role involves working closely with clients, realtors, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate and that transactions are completed on time.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare, review, and organize documentation related to real estate transactions.
– Communicate regularly with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient closings.
– Review all closing and settlement documents, including escrow agreements, HUDs, and deeds.
– Review files before, during, and after closings to prevent and resolve any potential claims.
– Conduct closings for clients.
– Provide legal counsel and guidance on real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, sales, leases, and financing.
– Draft and review legal documents such as purchase agreements, leases, contracts, and other related documents.
– Negotiate and facilitate transactions, ensuring that clients’ interests are protected.

– Conduct in-person training for our clients.
Requirements:
– Active license to practice law in FL.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing real estate law.

Commercial Escrow Officer
World Wide Land Transfer has an opening for a Commercial Escrow Officer. You will be responsible for preparing files that will be reviewed and signed at settlement. You will work closely with file openers, closers, lenders, insurance underwriters, and real estate agents. A core responsibility is preventing delays through diligent fact-checking and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma, required. Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
– 2-5 years title industry experience. NJ, NY, and PA experience a plus.
– Computer experience, including Microsoft Office suite. Microsoft Teams a plus.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
– Point of contact with Developers, Real Estate Investors, Attorneys, and Bankers.
– Prepare pro formas.
– Prepare Settlement Statement in accordance with Lender Closing Instructions.
– Conduct closing and handle support prior to and during settlement.
– Review of Clearance documents including title commitment and information collected by Clearance Officers to ensure all requirements have been cleared and meet underwriter requirements.
– Use expertise and knowledge to resolve title commitment requirements that the Clearance team is not authorized to handle.
– Maintain GreenFolders system to ensure milestones are reached in accordance with company policy.
– Finalize TitleExpress and GreenFolders in preparation for settlement and deliver complete closing package to Closer.

– Seek referral business to expand your book of business.

World Wide Land Transfer has an opening for a Commercial Title Examiner. This role is responsible for examining titles, searching real estate records, and compiling a list of mortgage and other contracts.
Qualifications Required
– High school diploma, required. Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
– 3-5+ years commercial title examination experience, required.
– Computer experience, including Microsoft Office suite.
Job Responsibilities
– This role requires experience with commercial title search and examination, title report preparation, review of legal documents, coordination with stakeholders (i.e. attorneys, lenders, other involved parties), and title insurance policy issuance.
– Review and analyze survey maps, plats, and legal descriptions to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
– Receive all title searches for review and examination where appropriate.
– Examine the title search to prepare a title commitment.
– Load the title commitment with all necessary sections complete.
– Produce a cover letter to highlight matters of title to be included with commitment.
– Deliver the title commitment to the appropriate parties, including realtors, lenders, etc.
– Complete all related system tasks.
– Serve as a resource to the Examinations team on title questions.
– Maintain a strong working relationship with our underwriting counsel.
– Assist with ad hoc title requests and questions to support the business.
