Commercial Clearance Officer

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, required. Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • 2-5 years commercial title industry experience. NJ, NY, and PA experience a plus.
  • Computer experience, including Microsoft Office suite. Microsoft Teams a plus.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with Attorneys, Banks, Developers, and our Underwriters,
  • Review of Pro Formas and endorsements ,
  • Review of LLC documents, Corporation Documents, and Partnership documents,
  • Review of Trusts,
  • Review of Estate documents,
  • Review and preparation of Affidavits,
  • Use expertise and knowledge to resolve title commitment requirements that the Clearance team is not authorized to handle,
  • Address all client requests, and parties associated with the transition, in a timely manner,
  • Seek referral business to expand your book of business,
  • Provide coverage to fellow team members as needed.

  • Diligent status updates into software to effectively communicate the workflow within the office.
